Is there a device for entering information by hand and further digitizing information?

Hello!
I am looking for a device for fixing my thoughts and ideas on paper / its analogue with the possibility of subsequent digitization of the entered information.
What you need from the device:
1. The ability to enter information on paper (or a digital notepad, tablet, and so on - not so important) using a pen (you can also use a digital one) or its equivalent.
It is important that it is possible to enter information with the help of a hand (drawings, notes, diagrams, and so on), without a mouse and keyboard.
2. The ability to view what you write (draw) on the object on which you do it - paper, tablet, and so on. For this reason, most graphics tablets are not suitable.
3. Possibility of digitization of the entered information, text recognition and viewing of all this on the computer. It is also desirable to be able to upload to some public format such as pdf.
4. The ability to work with digitized objects - change, reduce, increase, copy to other objects, including from other projects, and so on.
The more possible options for working with a digitized object, the better.
This is not about Photoshop and its analogues, but about what, for example, the murally application allows you to do.
5. I would also like to see in real time on the computer what you are doing now on your device (notebook, tablet, and so on) - for example, when conducting presentations, meetings, and so on.
Ideally, I would like to get an analogue of the wonderful application murally ( https://mural.ly/), only with handwritten information input and further digitization.
What I tried:
1. Android tablet + stylus with a fine tip + special tablet software for recognition and digitization.
Why it doesn’t work: it turns out that there are very few styluses with a thin tip and they work far with all tablets. In addition, apart from simply digitizing text, the software does not allow you to do anything with objects. There is no way to see what is happening on the tablet also on the monitor.
There is an option with the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, but have not tried it.
If anyone has, write what you think.
2. Wacom graphics tablet.
Why it doesn't work: graphic tablets are still designed for drawing, it's inconvenient to write the same text.
What you do is only visible on the monitor, most available tablets come without a screen.
3. Digital pens - did not buy, only studied the possibilities.
Why it doesn't fit: Compared Live Subscribe pens as seemingly the best of their kind.
But the pens are different: some only work with Evernote, others only on iOs, and only the latter have the ability to digitize.
4. Digital notepad.
It seems that this device fits most requirements, but it has already been discontinued, like most of its analogues:

If I'm wrong about something, correct me, I'll be grateful.
Just make sure that your version meets all the necessary requirements.

Don't mess around.) take paper and work. Convert to electronic? Scan.
Otherwise, you will first look for something for a month, then you will find it, then the program will be updated and your favorite feature will disappear, etc. The battery has run out of production and then you will be doing all this, and not your thoughts.
Any technology is an addiction. Choose a rare technology - it will break, you will be back on paper for a month or two. Either get used to the current situation - take what is on the market and get used to it, or leave everything as it is.
