How to make a windows tablet a second monitor for a PC?
There is information on the Internet about programs for android and iOS that allow you to connect an Android / iOS device to a desktop via USB or Wi-Fi and use it as a 2nd monitor to expand the desktop, while saving touch input on them.
I am, however, inclined towards buying a windows tablet.
Are there similar programs for connecting tablets with windows 8.1 to a computer with Windows 7/8?

Dig towards the built-in Remote Desktop, and any software like ~vnc, radmin, etc.
