How to manage linux servers from one server?

Good afternoon.
There was such a problem.
Let's say there are 50 ubuntu servers, each with ssh access. On each one you need to run a specific command, now I do it through php, connect via ssh and run the command, but it's very long.
Is it possible to raise 1 server (hub), add other servers (ssh) to it, and then send a request to it, and it will scatter it over the rest of the servers. (It is desirable that those servers report that the command has been executed, or an error has occurred)
You also need the ability to send a command not to all servers, but only to certain ones.
Are there any utilities with similar functionality?
