Is there a desktop SIP phone with management software?

Are there desktop SIP phones in nature that come with Windows software to control the phone? That is, I can dial a number with the software (highlight the number on the page / letter and press dial) and pick up the handset on the desk phone or the speakerphone turns on automatically, the software immediately displays the details of the incoming call, address book, etc. It turns out a kind of hybrid between a softphone and a desktop phone.
In most phones, almost all of this can be done from the web interface, but using it is not convenient.

If I understand your question correctly, then any phones that support SIP protocol, all of the above settings must be configured on the server (usually asterisk or cisco call manager), because. it is possible to make changes to the phone configuration itself with firmware via tftp.

Something like this
It sticks into a personal computer via USB, without a personal computer, of course, it is a decoration of the table.

And Yealink phones have a built-in web server that allows you to write a client for any OS to make calls, receive notifications, etc.
