How do you keep records of sip calls from clients?

For a team of 3 people, a budget (preferably free) accounting for sip telephony calls is required.
Requirements:

  • Incoming call notification
  • picking up a contact from the address book
  • call history,

Cloud telephony (mango talker).
The branded disktop client is not satisfied with the fact that:
  • cannot upload/download address book
  • when you call, the program takes focus on itself, which is why you automatically print something, take the call.
