The bottom line is that you need to make an English version of the site, but all sorts of Google and Yandex translators crookedly translate interface elements. Are there services where you can configure what to translate and what not? For example, by setting a specific class to html elements or a data attribute. Even better, some services with api, so that you can send an array of texts or an object (in JSON) and get a response in the same form, i.e.
$data->name='your name';
$data->age='your age';
and so that the response would be:
$data->name='your name';
$data->age='your age';
