How to Change Culture on Mac OS X

Hello.

Tell me how to change Culture on Mac OS. I'm porting the game, according to CultureInfo it should choose the language in which to launch. I tried dragging in System Preferences->Language and Text-> instead of Russian let's say German, and restart, the OS localization becomes German, but CultureInfo still returns Russian(Russia).

How can I change to test localizations?

Culture-- this is the locale, i.e. date formats, etc. They do not depend on the language, they need to be changed separately.
