Please help me find software.
It is necessary to control the work of employees. It seems that most of the time they sit and do everything except work. Because of this, we get long terms for the development of fairly simple tasks.
There is a program from oDesk that takes screenshots of the screen at certain intervals. Is there any similar free alternative? Need to work in windows 7 and ubuntu linux. It does not matter whether the developer will know about the installation of this program.

It is a bad idea. If you don't trust your employees that much, then fire them and hire others. Trust is a two-way process. Until you trust them, they won't trust you either. Install spy software, they'll find out how to do the bullshit.
