Is there a conflict between two radio + 2.4ghz joysticks?

Hello! There are two noname company joysticks (I think it doesn’t matter), each joystick comes with its own usb receiver, as I noticed there is no specific binding of each joystick to the receiver. The problem itself is that one of the joysticks, connected last, from time to time starts to lose signal during activity, as evidenced by the blinking of the indicator, and this happens only if Xinput mode is enabled on both joysticks. The question is, is it possible that this is a conflict of two signals? Or a joystick glitch?
how it is possible to switch the channel on the receiver by OS means? (and is it possible)

what is the possible way out of this situation? push back both joysticks? or just one and get another one that works on the blue tooth? Not very happy with this option, both joysticks fit perfectly into the design of the "PC console"

@v3trovRU

This is how it should be with shit joysticks.
If such a hat occurs only with Xinput, then you can try to disable it, and stick it into unsupported games through the emulator www.x360ce.com
