Is there a co-working space / laboratory in Moscow for the development of hardware projects?

Is there some kind of co-working space in Moscow, a laboratory or some other reasonable place where you can come with your project and where there is a ready-made infrastructure, i.e. I want to have access to something like:

  • the presence of all kinds of constructors (Arduino, ARM controllers, something on FPGA), evaluation boards, breadboards, consumables such as wires / jumpers for them, adapters, JTAG, etc.
  • a bunch of components ranging from LEDs to shields for the same Arduino, ready-made drivers, motors, etc.
  • programmer(s) with a reasonably large set of adapters for popular types of microcircuits
  • tools - from screwdrivers of various types, to hair dryers, vacuum holders for peeling glasses, etc.
  • soldering stations of various types and consumables for them, ideally - including complex pieces for removing and soldering BGA, reballing
  • running chips like the same flash drives
  • oscilloscopes, Bus Pirate, Salaea, etc. multichannel analyzers and debuggers
  • 3D printer(s)
  • the presence of people who know how to handle all this and can, if anything, help at some stages (probably for a fee)

In fact, almost any more or less large service center fits this definition, but it is clear that it is difficult for even one person (not to mention a team) to come to an agreement there to work on their own project. Of course, you also want the usual services for coworking such as "table", "chair", "electricity and Wi-Fi".
Are there people somewhere in Moscow who are engaged in some kind of hardware projects themselves and are ready to share their infrastructure in this way?

There is. Only you need to search not by "coworking", but by "hackspace" + "techspace" + "hackerspace". Judging by Google in Moscow, this is Hackspace Neuron
