Faced such a problem. I have many different ideas and there are good opportunities to implement various projects. I do everything myself, it’s more reliable there and I don’t depend on anyone, but this is true for small projects. That's where to find people who are just as passionate about arduino programming and development. To jointly implement more complex projects. It's just that you can do everything alone - but it is very time-consuming and rather slow.
