Company policy prohibits connections via usb ports of workstations, except for EDS tokens.
Users must periodically upload media files (videos, photos) to a network drive. Installation of instant messengers is also prohibited by the terminal server. Accordingly, every time users make a request through HelpDesk and come to the IT department. I would very much like to get rid of this routine task and somehow automate the process.
