Is there a cloud or network drive mapping app for the organization's smartphones?

Good afternoon. The task is the following.
Company policy prohibits connections via usb ports of workstations, except for EDS tokens.
Users must periodically upload media files (videos, photos) to a network drive. Installation of instant messengers is also prohibited by the terminal server. Accordingly, every time users make a request through HelpDesk and come to the IT department. I would very much like to get rid of this routine task and somehow automate the process. Can you suggest solutions? As I understand it, most likely to move in the direction of installing a certain application on the working smarts of users.

I would recommend resiliosync and syncthing (non-commercial, open source).
they are based on the torrent protocol and are guaranteed to transfer files between peers over any Internet. plus modern encryption and other goodies.

Well, put FolderSync and Nextcloud on the server for them.
In any case, we will not give you a solution here, because it must go through your security guards, so the solution must be invented together with them
