Is there a browser extension to save an offline copy of a page along with the archives and other files it links to?

By default, when a page is saved to disk, the images and CSS files used on it are saved along with it, but nothing more. And I would like to save all files to which there are direct links on the page, in particular and especially files like RAR, ZIP, 7z, DOC, DOCX, PDF, DJVU, MP3, etc. etc.
It is clear that there are special programs like TeleportPro for this, that this can be done using wget, but it would be much more convenient to do it directly from the browser as a regular save, and the task is simple - so the thought arose, and did someone implement Is it already in the form of an extension?
Of particular interest is the correct work with UTF-8 and CP1251 encodings.
