Is there a browser extension that allows you to leave notes for a web page?

Hello.
Is there a browser extension (Chrome) that allows you to write notes for a web page?
For example, I bookmarked a youtube video page. After a while, I open this page again. I need to remember the minute at which I stopped watching (I know that youtube remembers this, but this does not always happen + read the question below) and most importantly, I want to remember what thought I stopped watching the video. And here an extension will help me, which allows you to write notes to each page saved in bookmarks.
That is, I open the saved page, read the note to it, remember why I saved it and work with this page further.

If you do not want to litter your browser favorites with "temporary" bookmarks and " Google keep " https://goo.gl/YWMYA5 (it has an extension https://goo.gl/LMKVOs) , then " Google saves " is perfect for this purpose https://goo.gl/zvzYrU and its extension " Save to Google " https://goo.gl/DL4lza

I guess it's no longer relevant, but I found the Note Anywhere extension for myself
