1) What is the risk of enabling the function "block data and cookies from third-party sites" in the Chrome browser?
2) What functions will stop working?
It's all the same third-party cookies, not "basic".

If chrome, all cookies not from the main domain will be blocked. For example, I went to vk.com, it will let cookies from it, but from all sorts of r.mail.ru metric.yandex.ru and so on it will block. I don't know about other browsers.
