Is there a BassJump equivalent for a Windows laptop?

Once I saw a review of the Twelve South BassJump device and now I wanted to supplement the good stereo speakers from Altec Lansing installed in the laptop with such a subwoofer, but I did not find anything like it. There are either portable speakers or stands with a speaker, namely, a separate USB subwoofer has not found a single analogue.
