Is the screen of laptops and phones better or expensive IPS monitors - G?

I bought a girlfriend an IPS monitor as a gift for 60,000 rubles with an IPS matrix, a professional one, and we were a little disappointed when we realized that an ordinary cheap laptop and 2 Android phones give out richer colors. In this monitor, blue is greenish, white is yellowish. And and in many monitors so. How to be? Have you met with this? Maybe it's just a matter of habit, and Monique norms?

Be sure to look at the settings in the monitor - color temperature, gamma, etc.

A professional monitor (if it is really professional) needs to be calibrated. For this, a special person with a special device is hired.

IPS produces not more juicy, but more accurate colors
About the fact that a cheap laptop (and it is most likely on TN) produces more juicy colors ...
Hm.
Take and look at the same photo.
You will see that those details that TN hides behind high contrast , which makes the "color more accurate", eventually disappear and are barely visible to the eye .
At the same time, they are perfectly visible on IPS.
In the end, no one bothers you and turn up the contrast and add saturation on IPS.

IPS IPS-y - discord.
It all depends on the manufacturer of the matrix and the controller of this very matrix.
PS: Write the full model of the purchased device.
