Dark stripes (arcs) on the monitor, marriage?

Good afternoon, I bought a monitor yesterday, looked at it at an angle at home and noticed strange dimming semicircles, I read a lot about problems with modern monitors, but the examples were completely different things. Is it possible to hand over such a monitor as defective?

Not like a marriage. I often see this on cheap matrices. I’m not sure about returning the account as defective, they don’t like to return money, but if there is the same model in the store, but without stripes it suits you, then I think that the store will exchange it.

until 14 days have passed, you can return without giving reasons.
you can try to exchange it for another one of your choice, relying on the fact that its brightness is very uneven, you may have to go through an independent examination at your own expense if you want a particular model from this seller, but the seller does not want to take this one from you.
if factory calibration / exact color reproduction is declared from the manufacturer, then you can ask the seller to hand it over to the official dell service center as non-compliant with the specification - it will be difficult here, because the norms may not be supported by laws in Russia, the only law that you can surely refer to is protection consumer rights.
it's easier to rent and buy another one, while looking at it on the spot.
