Is the router constantly knocking out network ports?

The problem is this. The router constantly knocks out network ports, I tried to plug the cable into another network socket, it didn’t help, the link is off, I have to reboot the router and only then the signal appears. One PC and an NVR are connected to this router. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

If this is really the router's fault, and not the node at the other end of the wire, then change the router, otherwise the node.
