Is the processor power distributed evenly across all phases?

On the motherboard, the processor power connector is 8 + 4pin, let's say the processor has enough 8pin for power, if I plug in all 8 + 4, will the load be distributed between all power strips?

By distributing the load over such a number of phases, it is possible to reduce the current passing through each of them and, as a result, reduce the heating of power elements. However, if a really powerful CPU is used, and even with overclocking, then a radiator is simply needed for cooling. It would be better even with blowing.

The load is always distributed equally

If the question is about phases, then yes
let's say the processor has enough 8pin
Well, once enough))) although there everything can go not only in percents. We do tests if everything is normal. That can be left
