I have an Internet platform (website). On this site, people post information that they want to buy a certain product with a photo, characteristics and cost of the product in order to search for those who are ready to sell this product to them.
Is the placement of this information by users on my site an advertisement by me of products on my site or not from the point of view of the legislation of the Russian Federation?

In short, it is not, but the border is very blurred: if one of the goods is highlighted, for example, by a banner, then this is already an advertisement. This is the opinion of the FAS.
