What are the domestic platforms for selling the entire it-project with source code?

Can you please tell me if there are domestic Internet platforms for selling developed software along with source codes and rights for acquiring it by another software developer (or a venture fund or anyone else)?
PS In extreme cases, foreign sites of a similar nature will also go.

Nobody does that.
Look for real jobs (offline or through freelance sites) and tailor your project to them. Something like this.

Find experienced bloomers (from among the living, hehe), and ask them around - it's quite possible that you will have ideas. And in such a form as in the question - this is unlikely.

The project I am talking about is quite successful and has already had more than 10 implementations in large-scale industries. The reason for the sale is that our company is moving to another sector of its activity.
