I also have a 1 (TB) hard drive, I collected it on DNS.

The question can be answered only by knowing the financial possibilities and knowing what tasks will be performed on the PC
. In general, it looks relatively balanced. The only thing is that a 120GiB ssd is catastrophically small. I recommend considering models with a volume of 256GiB - 512GiB. Then you will not experience pain like "Windows pumped up updates - the place is over"

add memory. you can make a ramdisk, otherwise some programs use files very actively, and a ramdisk is faster than an SSD in any way.
and yes - SSD 128 - a little of course.

RAM - simpler
Cooler on the processor - you can also try a little tower
Video card - it's really better to take a 2060
Power supply - I advise you to take Thermaltake
