Is the output of infoblocks to the admin panel adequate?

I'm not very familiar with Bitrix, I took an example from the first tutorial on displaying infoblocks and output each section from the main one to a separate infoblock, I also created a separate type of infoblock for the English version.
It looks like this:

Is this approach adequate at all? Or are there any better methods?
