Then the question arose, I have data transferred inside one complex component, and not just from one to another, but from one to the second, and then to the one inside it, it turns out to be transferred 2 times.
I tried accordingly, but, they are not transferred from the first reboot, you reset the cache and everything is fine.
It seems that on the working browser it began to load and transfer information between the components as expected, opened another browser and no, it does not transfer, and so on, then opened another computer at all and does not transfer.
I think it should be loaded into the cache or is it still a so-so idea to transfer it 2 times?

You can see for yourself that it's a trick. In general, putting a component in a component (in a cacheable area) is wrong.
If you pass the value through the component parameters, it will work, but will not get rid of other cache problems
