Is the memory suitable for an old computer?

I wanted to increase the available RAM on my old PC.
But I'm not sure about the correct choice of RAM.
Now here's the situation: 3olEnts.png
4 bars, by: 1gb - 1gb - 512mb - 512mb, all PC2-6400 (400 MHz)
And now I'm thinking about removing one 512 bar and replacing it with Kingston ValueRAM [KVR800D2N6 / 2G] 2 GB

Clock frequency: 800 MHz
Bandwidth: PC6400

So the question is, is it for me? It strains that the frequency is 800 MHz, or it can work lower.
Processor and mother, AMD ATHLON 64 X2 4200+ and ASUS M2N4-SLI, respectively. Thanks in advance!
Sorry for the lame question :)
