Is the hosted hardware server secure?

Hello! The hosting provider has data centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Finland and England. I plan to take my servers that work to the Finnish data center.
1. Will the server be secured or can employees access the server and insert a USB killer or merge it from the SSD and HDD?
2. How will the encrypted traffic be transmitted - will it go directly to the server or can it be intercepted in the data center.
3. The server has the role of a DHCP server, SIP PBX and an Active Directory domain controller - will these services work remotely, and if so, how to connect to them?
4. Will it be possible to get remote access to the UEFI BIOS and bootloader?
Thanks in advance for your answers!

Password for bios and encrypt drives.
Problems with reboot can be. Without your participation, the server will not rise.
Remote access requires IP-KVM or Intel vPRO or AMD Dash.

If employees have access to your hardware itself, then why can't they leak something? Another question - do they need it?

1) physical keyboard and monitor can do everything
2) up to the encryption point - allow the certificate to be replaced - it means they will intercept
3) for services it doesn’t matter which network, there is always 127.0.0.1 and often with special 127.0.0.2 etc., connect as in a regular network, of course, you will have to forward traffic, vlan / vpn and all that
4) there is a service - the procedure for providing and cost - ask
the range of countries is a little unrealistic, but everything can be

1) it won’t, encrypt everything yourself
2) you transmit it and you will be answered how you will transmit it if there are a thousand ways to drive encrypted traffic which one you have chosen, you alone know
3) dhcp, of course, will not be, because according to arps, everything else will be connected via IP
4) ipikvm has not been canceled
