How to set up RSAT on Win10 to administer WinServer2016?

I have a computer on a network running Windows 10.
I have a brand new server running Windows Server 2016.
There are no services other than remote desktop support. The machines are connected directly by cable for simplicity.
I want to use server manager on a win10 machine to manage wins2016 without AD yet.
Can you give exact instructions on what to do and in what order?
RSAT tools on windows 10 installed, gives "Negotiate Authentication Failed for WinRM".

Win10 must be one of these versions: Enterprise / Pro, I don't know about Home&Business if there are any. Well, in short, allowing use in a business environment. Then everything will work without entering the domain, log in strictly in the format Imyacomp\Administrator (and not just Administrator), where Imyacomp is the name of the managed server. It is better to turn off the firewall on servers completely if you don’t know exactly which ports should be open for remote control.
Redirect the snap-ins with the right mouse button on the node on the left in the navigation bar, in the context menu there will be the item "manage another computer", "select another computer" or something like that, enter a strictly IP address if there is no domain.

Greetings.
RSAT is a convenient tool for automating any actions on a certain number of servers, or, in principle, managing a certain amount.
For one server, this is an overhead, to play around, it's better to raise a virtual machine.
As for what to do, you can read here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions... , although for 2008, not much has changed.
and do not see each other for writing like "turn off the fire", that's never.
