Windows Server 2008 R2. What causes the RRAS error?

There is a server on Windows Server 2008 R2. It has a gateway up. Recently, the RRAS service started throwing errors.
Event log message:

Title:
RRAS. The RRAS server must have at least one network interface enabled.
Problem:
All network interfaces of the Routing and Remote Access server are down.
Impact:
When network interfaces are disabled, remote access clients cannot communicate with the RRAS server.
Permission:
Enable at least one network interface on the RRAS server.

IPv6 is disabled. Has anyone encountered this?

as it was written above - is there an interface? this is the first. second - if I remember correctly, then rras (I could be wrong, I haven't seen a server for wines for a long time) wants mezhmordii clearly indicated for him, which he controls, which he does not touch. maybe the interface settings have gone wrong?

I'm sorry for the stupid question, but are the interfaces enabled?
