Don't you think that now the market of companies engaged in digital services is simply incredibly huge? How do they even survive in such competition? Feeling that at some point this bubble may burst from oversaturation. There are so many agencies, so many freelancers, such a range of prices, and all of them are naturally the best of the best in their field, and only they know how to do it.

You are right, the market is very crowded, full of second-rate specialists who do not want to develop, but at the same time ask for a huge salary for their soft skills, in our company we have been looking for a person for the position of a Node.js backender for a month, recruiters just turned gray from the level of stupidity that is dragged by the tail behind the "specialists"

I freak out too. But it all depends on the tasks and tools. A lot of people want dough a lot and quickly, and anything grows on this.
