Is the build suitable for the server?

Good day. I thought about updating the ancient server for the organization. It will be used as a domain controller, file server (2 raid arrays), video surveillance, antivirus administration server, consultant and, possibly, for accounting systems. 1C no. Exchange is possible in the future. Hastily picked up such iron from what is nearby available.
So I'm interested in whether such an assembly is suitable for these services? Should I look for a cheaper motherboard and do without 2 M.2 SSDs? Will a separate Raid controller look more reliable than the one built into the motherboard?

This is not a server. The server runs on server hardware. And this is a medium-sized workstation, I would be embarrassed to install such a developer, that is, something that is already too good for an office rat, but already dumb for a developer without graphics requirements.

Get a normal BP. Tipo thermalteika or Chifteka
For proca - naturally 11600 is better
Motherboard - enough for the B chipset if you do not overclock
RAM - NEVER !!!! don't take AMD... kigston or take a critical
HDD better - take it at 7200 rpm.... 5900 is very slow. my choice - WD black
SSD - take the company's standards. Kingston or Samsung ... given that only 2 SATA are occupied, you can also take a sata SSD ... if there are no bases there. which need speed m2
