Is the Asus K53sk laptop with an intel+AMD hybrid video card on Uuntu heating up?

I put Ubuntu 16 on my laptop and the laptop started to warm up, not critical, but not pleasant. There was no such problem on Windows. The question is, or is there a chance that by installing Debian or Mint, the laptop will stop getting so warm?

K53SJ, nothing is heated for all five years that I have been using a laptop.
What's under Ubuntu GNU/Linux, what's under Debian GNU/Linux, what's under Alpine non-GNU/Linux.
What do you have in your logs?
Look in dmesg first.
Plus, specify which k53, they are very different.

Install firewood proprietary. Your video is constantly working at full power.
