Is STM8S003K3T6 the cheapest way to program?

I realized that I can’t program my 100 ruble STM8S003K3T6 using Adruino, since it’s cheap to program it?
There is no desire to buy STM link for 2000-3000 rubles.

As they wrote above, there is China, for example , what came to me (in the Moscow Region) quite quickly (the package was sent for about 2 weeks) for 200 rubles, although the STM has not arrived yet, so I can’t say anything about performance, but Judging by the reviews everything is ok.

StLink V2 bought from the Chinese for 200 rubles. sews these stones perfectly, but as always there is a nuance, stm8 is flashed through the swim interface (essentially a kind of one wire) over 1 wire, which is very convenient, you can print 1 pin for programming or get the hang of it and just press it to the desired leg and flash it, but the protocol apparently very sensitive to interference, and if a stone without quartz is generally a disaster, it can be flashed from 5 to 10 times.
