Is Nodejs worth learning?
Hello everyone, I started to study javascript, I’m solving small problems right now with it, and so I found out here that it can work with the server side using nodejs, so is it worth learning and spending your time on this technology?

To start learning the node, you should first deal with pure JS.
Answer to the question: Worth it.
It will never be superfluous, since Node.js is not only a server part, it is also a lot of tools written in JavaScript and spinning on a node to help the developer. Modules like grunt-cli, bower, less, ember-precompile and many hundreds more
A node is a very highly specialized technology, and you can’t do regular sites on it without hemorrhoids.
My advice: do not study until the need arises. And most likely it won't.
The majority tries to shove it where it doesn't get, where it would be more convenient to work with other languages like ruby or python. No hell with callbacks.
