Is .net framework 6 supported on windows arm?

I thought about buying a MacBook on new chips (M1 - M1 pro), but I'm developing a project on the .net framework 4.6, and its launch is critical for me. I know that parallels runs windows for arm on new macs, and I'm interested in the question, does this windows 10 arm64 .net framework 4.6 support?

But .net 6 - yes.
