Need to reinstall unity?

Hello.
I have Unity 2018 2.5f1 version. When I write a script in Microsoft visual studio and save it, unity gives me the following error:
Copying assembly from 'Temp/Assembly-CSharp.dll' to 'Library/ScriptAssemblies/Assembly-CSharp.dll' failed
Because of which I can't go any further continue working with the engine until I restart. And so every time, after I amend the script.
How to solve this problem?

Problem solution:
Move the folder with the project from the system disk to disk D. Also delete the Resourses folder from the project and start the engine. The project will restart with unit rights.
