How to freeze the main form when a new form appears?

I call another form from the main form, and from another form I can call 1 more form. I do everything through ShowDialog ()
So, when I close the last form, the main form is unfrozen, although the affected form is still working.
How to fix it?

At the last form, in the Close event, change the Enabled property for the main form in fasle
