Good afternoon, I installed a new version of Microsoft Bot Framework Emulator 3.0.0.57, before that I used version 1.0. something there. The previous version worked without problems, after the update it began to give an error 407 (required proxy authentication) when trying to send a message through the bot.
Full error text: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Broker authentication required.
Maybe now you need to register the emulator in the studio somehow? Or is it something related to the proxy server on the working PC???

Are you sure you don't have a proxy anywhere?

Yes, on a working PC everything goes through a proxy. If it needs to be adjusted, then where? In the Studio or in the Bot Emulator itself?? And if it's a proxy, then it's not clear why the previous version of the emulator worked without problems.
