I like the topic of information security, but I don't like the web. Is it possible to do without web programming in the work of a pentester?

IMHO, you do not need to know web-dev completely, you need to know the main attack vectors (sqli / xss / csrf / etc) and what they are / how they are implemented. otherwise how are you going to pentest?
