Is it worth using photos/pictures from paid photobanks in design everywhere?

Is it worth using photos / pictures from paid photobanks everywhere when designing inexpensive projects (online stores / landing pages / promo sites ...)?
The same applies to Google / Yandex images ...
Is there a clear limitation:
when can you safely save?
And when can you substitute the customer?

You can find suitable pictures on photo sites, contact the authors and ask permission to use the photo... Usually they do.
A rule of good taste (and respect for the law) is to preserve copyrights. To do this, it is enough to display a special page using the copyright icon on the site, in which to write the rules for citing and using content, disclaimer and add a "commemoration" in which to collect all the authors, express gratitude to everyone, give back links ... Provided that the copyright is preserved, 99% of amateur photographers agree to the use of their work .
