Will there be more traffic if the titles, texts and titles of the site pages are translated into other languages? Those. will google rank the spanish version of a site if a user searches for "image compression" in spanish? Or will it give out the same English?

1) With the correct implementation of multilingualism, traffic will definitely increase.
2) If you configure all the attributes (for example, hreflang) and elements in the technical files of the site, then Google will consider that the site just has several language versions and will issue the version that the user needs. In this case, such pages are not considered duplicates.
3) Translation must be very competent (translation of meta tags must be very competent), Google translator will not always help, because each language has its own stylistic turns, artistic techniques, which, when translated, can simply lead to keyword overspam.
In general, creating several language versions simply by running all the pages through the translator will not work, but you can do everything wisely.
