Is it worth starting a web studio?

Went to a freelance site. I thought I might find a job there. But I came across ridiculous conditions from Russian customers. Type make a mobile version for 1000 rubles. And there is a crowd of people who want to. And someone even writes that he is ready to do it for free for a review. And I had an idea. You can start a web studio. Take hundreds of thousands for the site. And in freelancing there will always be slaves who are ready to do for free. I think it's great overall. How do you like this idea?

A customer who is ready to pay hundreds of thousands / millions of rubles for a website sets certain requirements for the process and quality of work that cannot be fulfilled with free slaves.
But in general, most of the top Moscow agencies live according to a similar scheme:
they have good expensive managers / designers / lawyers on their staff, and inexpensive regional studios or juniors in the office act as programmers / typesetters.
This scheme has a number of problems with scaling (good management / design is VERY expensive), so already at small team size numbers, the % of profitability starts to fall catastrophically.
In general, if you have clearly come up with a scheme for how to consistently take fat orders - take it and do it.
If the scheme is built on the level of "I'll open a studio and trample the people" - it doesn't work like that.

You are about a hundred millionth person on the planet who came up with such an idea.
In principle, some manage to realize it. But everything is much more complicated than it seems at first glance.

Alas, on projects for hundreds of thousands, you can’t make a mistake like 90 percent do on freelance

Well, try, the main thing is that one does not know about the second. Well, as an option, everything works there

Take hundreds of thousands for the site. And in freelancing there will always be slaves who are ready to do for free.

And to get the appropriate quality of work and the appropriate reputation, then only clients will come "make me a FB clone in a week, budget $ 15 (a real example, by the way, see the picture below)". And serious uncles / firms will pass by.
And what if: "Take hundreds of thousands for the site", pay these same hundreds of thousands to employees with experience and knowledge, get high quality work, get a regular customer, have an excellent reputation, do not spend half the money for an order for a "vacation on the islands for yourself / boss", but really work - no? Come on, nafik, who today needs professionals in an industry with a shortage of workers and a wild shortage of professionals? No, but why? You can easily find Indians, and spend the difference on yourself.
Well, something like this:
Well, as a result of this approach - constant failures, jambs and all that stuff around and everywhere.

Take hundreds of thousands for the site. And in freelancing there will always be slaves who are ready to do for free.

To receive an order for such amounts, you will not only need to lick the client, but ... it’s even embarrassing to say what to do. In general, just getting an order will be very expensive.
But I came across ridiculous conditions from Russian customers. Type make a mobile version for 1000 rubles. And there is a crowd of people who want to.
Who said that:
1) It's not a lure to tell a customer the real price.
2) Who said that in the end they agree, start working and bring it to the end.
