Is it worth spending time on Java gui if the goal is Android development?

To be honest, I started to learn Swing, since AWT is out of date, and JavaFX will be "soon to be forgotten". But now I wondered: Is it worth spending time on this at all? Android Studio has its own GUI, but I don’t plan to write for the desktop (At least it won’t be my main job).

If the goal is development for Android, then you need to start by learning Android. Server/desktop Java has little in common. In Android, it is not the language that matters, but the architecture of the entire system. It is very important to understand and understand it.
Knowing just one language is not enough. I will say this. Language is 5% of Android, everything else is architecture. Therefore, Kotlin or Java, it does not matter at all, these are trifles.
