Is it worth making a request for indexing in Yandex and Google if the site is not yet very high in terms of SEO optimization?

I am developing a website for my own mobile application.
Now the site is adapted for mobile devices, filled with primary important information, linked with links and there are no empty unfinished pages, there are more than 12 of them. main sections.
Is it worth it to index the site already, provided that at the moment there is no SEO optimization, some images are not compressed, titles are not written everywhere as they should be, the text is not optimized for SEO, and online resources for verification say that more work needs to be done on content?
How does Google and Yandex feel about this?
If you index a site that is already ready, will it have any advantages over the same, but not optimized for SEO?
Thanks in advance for your answers

If you want it to start generating traffic right now and you have a very low-competitive niche, then yes. Of course, first cut down the webmaster PS.
When you finish it, you can send it for revision.
Oh, and more. As soon as you want to start promoting the site, buy direct ads.
Case studies show that this affects the ranking in Yandex.
UPD:
Connecting Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica is also very relevant. This very traffic will help to view and analyze.
An SSL certificate also has a very positive effect on ranking, even for informational sites, not to mention commercial ones.

If you are developing a website, then it would be nice to start with the formation of a semantic core for search engines, based on them, think over the information in each section, meta tags, content. You can also create a link building plan for the first time, create thematic pages on social networks with a link to the site, launch contextual advertising. But until there are optimized images and texts that are formed after collecting semantics, indexing can be postponed IMHO.

Previously, indexation had to wait for weeks, now in the PS everything happens quite quickly. So launch the site and then refine the titles, texts and other points. At the same time, you will immediately see your result. What meta tags + text changed on the site, how did the traffic and position of the site change.
Be sure to add to Ya.Webmaster, Google, install Metrika and Analytics. You can add the main keys to track positions in AllPositions.
