Is it worth learning java and objective-c to create mobile applications if you know Python well?
many applications are written in python for Android and ios, etc. at a high level
It is worth studying both Java and IOS, If python can be written in both platform forms, unlike IOS
I understand that you can study kaka for general development, or is it still worth it

How do we know if you want to write for Android and iOS?
If you want, then it is necessary. If you don't want to, then no.

At the moment, python for mobile platforms is underdeveloped. Those. under android it is desirable to write in Java, and under iOS it is desirable to write in Swift or Objective-C (I think swift is now preferable for new applications).
There are also cross-platform frameworks such as phonegap( phonegap.com ), but to be honest, I was not interested in what opportunities there are.

If you want to write high-performance applications for different platforms, then look towards C# + Xamarin.
