Is it worth it to patent an idea, a web project code, a trademark?

Little by little we are sawing our web service. Bought a good domain. We hope for a good future of the project. BUT!
There is no money for various analytics and marketing intelligence to conduct on the market and a meticulous search for competitors. But the question arises if the project becomes successful, despite the fact that it is very simple to implement if you show your example. Should I patent an idea? To protect yourself from analogues. Should I patent a trade mark? To protect ourselves from the claims of someone who used to fuss under us. Is it worth patenting a web project code?
The idea is worthless, many say. However, investors do not invest in startups that do not have registered rights to the web project code. They do not own a trade mark for a logo and a domain name, a legal entity is not registered, they do not have experience in scaling projects.
How to swim? Give advice?
I make an LLC
We draw a design We code the
stuffing of the project
We cut to the servers
Let's buy an additional domain to replace it in case of theft.
What else?

Ideas are not patented. The code is also not patented.
Are you sure that someone needs your service?

Do LLC

Should be in the very last place. This is the most common beginner mistake.
Ideally, the day before the first client who needs a contract and is ready to pay.

At this stage of the startup life cycle, it makes sense to register a trademark corresponding to the domain name in at least one (for example, home) jurisdiction in order to protect the domain name. This is relatively inexpensive - in the Russian Federation about 50 tr. If there is enough money (about 1 million rubles), you can file an international (Madrid) application for a trademark. The code (more precisely, its fragment) can be deposited with patent offices in some countries. You can try to patent the algorithm as an invention, the interface - as a prototype. The price of the issue is about $10k per object of protection in one foreign country.

It's troublesome.
Long, expensive, gemmoroyno.
Do you see ways to pay off this hemorrhoid?
Spit in the face of the person who says this.
An investor (if you can find him) - in a simple and understandable language will tell you exactly what you need to arrange in order to receive exactly his investment. Don't guess. Everyone will tell you for sure.
