Electronic contracts, additional agreements, acts

I thought about it for a long time, this post reminded me once again.

I am a web developer, I have a registered IP. I, like many others for sure, are quite tired of the whole paper workflow. Especially when it comes to small contracts for website development or technical support!
Please advise whether it is possible to carry out the entire workflow as follows:

1) The customer and I generate a pair of private-public keys, exchange public keys through ordinary unprotected mail. At the same time, I give the customer a step-by-step instruction on how he can generate a key.

2) I create an agreement file (.doc or .otd), indicate our public keys in the text of the agreement, write a clause like “the parties agree on the legal force of documents signed by the generated EDS, the public part of which is published in this agreement”, sign it with my private key and send to the customer.

3) The customer adds “I agree with all the terms of the contract” to the end of the file (or in another more suitable wording) and sends me back the modified file signed with his private key.

Thus, each of us has a signed document. Its reliability is easily proven, each of us can decrypt the file with the available public key.

In the same way, it is possible to exchange acts of acceptance and transfer, add. agreements, and in principle conduct all correspondence (if you teach the client to encrypt letters with the same key).

Alternatively, you can organize work through your personal account with the plugin www.cryptopro.ru/products/cades/plugin

I want to say right away that I would like to apply such a scheme only for small and medium-sized works that do not require a physical meeting with the customer. And, of course, not very risky in terms of money, in the event of a trial (however, for which there will be all the evidence in the form of signed electronic documents).

Has anyone tried doing their job this way? What are the disadvantages and pitfalls in this "scheme", and is it applicable at all in Russia?

Why not use a special system, for example: www.diadoc.ru
But yes, it requires the connection of each counterparty to this system

1. You will not be able to generate keys.
This requires a full PKI.

Does a public offer agreement not suit you?
