Is it worth it to go to college for the frontend?

Hello, I have just finished 10th grade. I'm going to go to the frontent, and then to the backend.
So far, I am at the html + cs, js stage. After more volume practice, I think to start php and MySql. I'm going to freelance by the end of the 11th.
Question 1 - is it worth graduating from a university at the faculty of programming or can I get by with the faculty of web design if I want to connect my life with the web.
Question 2- how do they treat people without a diploma, but with experience, at work (web)?
Thanks in advance for your replies! ;)

1. Education in the field of computer science is necessary, first of all, for general development. Algorithms, data structures, different programming languages, design patterns, mathematics, statistics - all this will be gradually told to you at the university. You can also learn all this yourself, only the knowledge will most likely not be systematized. If you really want to connect your life with development, go study. The main thing is that the university should be good.
Personally, I really regret that I chose a humanitarian university. Now, of course, I would do things differently.
2. A diploma is needed only if you are going to work in Europe or the States. In the Russian Federation, it is needed for show.

it is better to invest in learning English, any company will hire an intern/junior with excellent English and basic knowledge of programming, especially all profitable freelancing on foreign exchanges
