Hello, is there any possibility of obtaining a diploma (not a piece of paper that you are well done and all that, namely a diploma. Real) in the field of it remotely?
For the last couple of years I have been working as a freelancer, I have a specialized secondary education and have nothing to do with it, self-taught, so to speak. Now I decided that the time has come to get an education, but with full-time / part-time education ... in general, it’s not an option and it’s not a fact that in N time I will be in Russia, so I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a real diploma online.
The budget for education is 1k-2k $ per academic year
Tell me if you had a similar experience or is there such a thing?

Look for information about such programs on the website of the universities and institutes you are interested in: "correspondence distance learning" and "correspondence online learning".
Please note that in any case, part of the training will have to be completed in person, most often it is state. exams and thesis defense. Fully online training, as far as I know, is not available at the moment.

I study remotely at the State University "Dubna" with a degree in "Software Engineering". There is also a choice of "Business Informatics" and "Applied Informatics".
Pretty budget-friendly, up-to-date training program. Strong teaching staff, as Dubna itself is a science city: there is an IT Special Economic Zone and the NICA collider. In general, the city of IT specialists and scientists.
Everything is 100% remote. Couples are online on Saturdays, then you can review the records. It is likely that you will only need to come to the university to defend your diploma, although that year they already practiced online defense.
I love this university endlessly, I received my first VO there and now I am simultaneously studying in a full-time master's program.
