Is it worth it to go to a graduate school after a specialty?

I am graduating from high school this year. The question arose whether to go to the magistracy? Will it give something new compared to a specialist?
Or go straight to work? Interesting web development. Specialty ISIT.

It's strange somehow to ask complete strangers what to do with your life: sit on your parents' neck for another 2 years and engage in masturbation within the walls of the university or find a job and gain practical skills.
For 5 years of specialty, you didn’t understand what exactly you want to do? Or do you seriously think that if you are a highly qualified specialist in some field, then a master's degree will greatly affect your salary?
It is unlikely that you will learn a lot of new things in web development in a master's program, since this is a dynamically developing area, and our clumsy education system simply does not have time to change the program. And teachers in most cases do not need it. At our university (at ISiT, by the way), as they taught about 5 years ago to typeset with framesets, they still teach it that way.

If you work on the web, then there will most likely be little sense. And so it depends on you.
But don't they go to graduate school after a specialty?

Don't waste your time and energy on this. You need to focus on professional growth as a specialist. If you can (or have already been able to) find an interesting job, then it usually discourages such desires, such as getting another education.

If it will be ShRI or Yandex ShAD with further employment there, then why not.
Or perhaps some other science-intensive modern office will train you (perhaps in collaboration with some university), if you have the potential.
You urgently need a lot of practical experience. In a couple of years, you yourself will understand where you are and why to develop.

Work, over time, decide if you need it. The second higher education with a master's degree is available in many universities, if then no one bothers to continue education.

Do some work. If you decide that there is not enough knowledge, then continue learning. Nobody canceled self-education yet. A master's degree in Raska is not so highly valued.
If you want to go into science, then proceed further.
